I've always been super passionate about holistic Wellness and helping people, and I stand by probiotics and how they've changed my life.

How do you integrate gut health into your wellness routine?

I'm a really busy mom, so taking time for myself is essential and especially in those little micro moments. Small consistent habits go a really long way. Thing like probiotics, fiber, hydration, mindful eating – those simple steps support core strength from the inside out.
